Terms
The rules for using GUIRelay.
These terms cover the GUIRelay website, Figma plugin, Godot addon, and UI kits (“GUIRelay”). GUIRelay is made by Overlayz Studio LLP (“we”), a studio founded by Vijay Verma. By using GUIRelay, you agree to these terms.
Using GUIRelay
GUIRelay is free. You need Figma and Godot to use it, and you’re responsible for following their terms. You’re also responsible for what you make, and for having the rights to any designs, fonts, and images you use.
Ownership
We own GUIRelay, including its name, logo, plugin, kits, and website. You may use them as described in the License. Your designs stay yours.
You may not use our name or logo in connection with another product without our written permission.
Figma and Godot
GUIRelay isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Figma or the Godot project. Their names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Your files
GUIRelay writes generated files into your Godot project and replaces them when you push again. Follow the Keep your code safe guide, and keep your project backed up or in version control.
No warranty
GUIRelay is provided as is. We don’t guarantee that it will meet your needs, or work without interruptions or errors.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost profits, lost or damaged data, business interruption, or any indirect loss from using GUIRelay. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Other websites
Our website and docs link to services we don’t control, such as Figma, Godot, and itch.io. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Paid features
Nothing in GUIRelay is for sale today. If we add paid features, we’ll publish their price, license, and refund terms before you can buy them.
Changes
We may update or stop offering any part of GUIRelay, and we may update these terms. We’ll post any changes on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Haryana.
